Reviews: When you leave a review we collect your name and contact information for moderation purposes; only your name and review content are shown publicly.

We use collected information to operate the directory, moderate content for quality and safety, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption and access controls. Professional account data is protected by row-level security policies.

Professionals can update or pause their listing at any time from their dashboard, or request deletion by contacting support. Customers can clear saved favorites at any time by clearing their browser storage.
